Costume Hire - T & C

Costume hire – Terms & Conditions

• The Hire Fee is for 24 hours (Sat to Mon if it is a weekend)
• Extra days may be booked for a small additional daily rate
• We can offer discounts on Group Bookings ~ Please enquire
• All costumes must be tried on before hiring
• If not tried on, Encore take no responsibility for costumes that don’t fit
• We will ask for a Security Deposit when you collect your costume
• You will get this back on safe return of the costume
• Once a costume has been booked, no refunds can be given if you cancel, for whatever reason
• Once costumes have left the premises they are ‘on hire’ and no refunds or exchanges can be made
• Failure to return costumes on the agreed day may incur extra charges
• Hire fees for extra days may also be charged
• If costumes are not returned or are returned damaged beyond repair or unusable, the full cost of a replacement costume may be charged
• No washing, ironing, cutting, pinning or sewing of costumes is allowed unless prior permission has been given by Encore
• Wigs – no washing, cutting, dyeing, back combing or use of heated rollers, tongs etc. or hair spray is allowed on hired wigs
• All costumes remain the property of Encore The Show Business
